Easter Reflections

Well, it’s Easter Sunday and like many others around the world we find ourselves in a slightly usual time at the moment. With COVID-19 still prevalent in many countries across the world, here in the UK we are in a period of lockdown and isolation.

This means different things for different people, but largely it’s a challenging time for all. During this time we remain mindful of those less fortunate and immensely grateful for those on the front lines working to save lives. The NHS and Key Workers are the hero’s of our time right now.

For us at AWEHOME we have seen a slowdown in our work - refurbishment works have steadied somewhat and our latest acquisition has been put on hold for the time being. We are using the time to focus on completing what we can, and making time for other areas of our business. Strategic planning, learning new skills, education, and putting things in place so that once the lockdown is over we can move ahead at full speed.

Despite all of the uncertainty at the moment, we are positive and confident that the property market will bounce back as it has always done. We are not here for the short term but the long term, and we remain focussed on our mission to provide high quality luxury accommodation to as many people as possible, as soon as possible.
