Knowledge Is Power

This week, as we still find ourselves in lockdown due to COVID-19 we have enjoyed taking every opportunity we can to connect with other property investors and developers around the UK.

As a fairly new entrant into this community we have been pleasantly surprised at the openness and willingness of others to share their knowledge and experiences. We are big believers in always learning and sharing with others. Property can be daunting and we are certainly grateful for the lessons others have shared with us along the way, and have of course learnt many for ourselves which we enjoy sharing with other less experienced developers when we can. Of the calls we attended this week, one that stood out in particular for us was a Zoom call hosted by Danny Inman. We first connected with Danny in the summer of 2018 when we were cutting our teeth on our first refurb project which was a commercial warehouse to office conversion, our Project Lancia. On Monday’s call with Danny; amongst other things, he provided some excellent advice on how to most effectively navigate the current situation we find ourselves in with COVID-19, whilst providing insightful updates on his own current activities and predictions for the property market in the short and medium term.
